个性化阶段性中医康复护理对周围性面瘫患者的护理效果研究

Effect of Individualized Stage TCM Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Peripheral Facial Paralysis

目的探讨个性化阶段性中医康复护理对周围性面瘫(PFP)患者的护理效果。方法选取医院2020年8月—2021年9月收治的86例PFP患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组43例和观察组43例,对照组实施常规中医康复护理,观察组实施个性化阶段性中医康复护理,比较两组康复效果、House-Brackman(H-B)面神经功能、心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组总有效率(95.35%)高于对照组(79.07%)(P<0.05);观察组H-B面神经功能优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑程度轻于对照组(P<0.05);观察组健康调查量简表(SF-36)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化阶段性中医康复护理可有效改善PFP患者不良心理状态,促进H-B面神经功能恢复,有助于早日康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of individualized and staged traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing on patients with peripheral facial paralysis(PFP).Methods 86 patients with PFP admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,43 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine TCM rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received personalized stage TCM rehabilitation nursing.The rehabilitation effects,house Brackman(H-B)facial nerve function,psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results the total effective rate of the observation group(95.35%)was higher than that of the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05);The function of H-B facial nerve in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The degree of anxiety in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized Stage TCM rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the poor psychological state of PFP patients,promote the recovery of H-B facial nerve function,contribute to early rehabilitation and improve the quality of life.
