摘要
通过分析锌在热力学上比铁易于发生腐蚀,但动力学上锌的腐蚀速率远低于铁,为富锌底漆的长效防腐保护机理找到理论依据。通过研究不同标准对富锌底漆不挥发分中的锌含量要求,指出锌粉在富锌底漆中起到了十分关键的作用,必须在涂膜中保持一定的含量。通过比较环氧富锌底漆和无机硅酸富锌底漆的性能,指出必须对富锌底漆的现场施工产生足够的重视。
The results show that zinc is more prone to corrosion than iron in thermodynamics,but the corrosion rate of zinc is much lower than iron in kinetics,which provides a theoretical basis for the long-term anticorrosion protection mechanism of zincrich primers.By studying the requirements of different standards for zinc content in non-volatile matter of zinc-rich primers,it is pointed out that zinc powder plays a very important role in zinc-rich primers and its content in coatings film must be maintained.By comparing the properties of epoxy zinc-rich primer and silicate zinc-rich primer,it is pointed out that we must pay enough attention to on-site application of zinc-rich primer.
