钼靶在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用

Application of mammography in the diagnosis of breast diseases

目的探讨钼靶在乳腺疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2021年5月在监利市人民医院放射科进行乳腺钼靶检查的500例女性的影像资料,统计钼靶在乳腺疾病诊断中的检出率及BI-RADS分类情况。结果500例乳腺钼靶影像资料中,乳腺增生48例(9.6%)、钙化140例(28.0%)、结节104例(20.8%)、肿块52例(10.4%)。BI-RADS 2类及2类以下共365例(73.0%),BI-RADS 3类94例(18.8%),BI-RADS 4类38例(7.6%),BI-RADS 5类3例(0.6%)。结论钼靶检查可作为乳腺疾病早期诊断的一种有效检测方法。

Objective To explore the application value of mammography in the diagnosis of breast diseases.Methods The imaging data of 500 women who underwent mammography examination in the Department of Radiology,Jianli People’s Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021were retrospectively analyzed.The detection rate of mammography in the diagnosis of breast diseases and the classification of BI-RADS were counted.Results Among the 500 mammography images,48 cases(9.6%)of hyperplasia of mammary glands,140 cases(28.0%)of calcifications,104 cases(20.8%)of nodules,and 52 cases(10.4%)of masses.There were 365 cases(73.0%)of BI-RADS category 2 or below,94 cases(18.8%)of BI-RADS category 3,38 cases(7.6%)of BI-RADS category 4,and 3 cases(0.6%)of BI-RADS category 5.Conclusion Mammography examination can be used as an effective method for early diagnosis of breast diseases.
