二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果

Effect of Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome

目的探讨二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的效果。方法选择威海市妇幼保健院2019年8月至2020年7月收治的80例PCOS患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗前后的性激素[雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)]水平、血脂[低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]水平和临床效果。结果研究组的临床总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的E2、LH、FSH、TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PCOS患者采用二甲双胍治疗,能提高临床效果,降低性激素水平,改善血脂水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods A total of 80 patients with PCOS admitted to Weihai Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from August 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into the study group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Metformin on the basis of the control group.The levels of sex hormones(estradiol[E 2],luteinizing hormone[LH],follicle stimulating hormone[FSH]),blood lipids(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol[LDL-C],high density lipoprotein-cholesterol[HDL-C],triglyceride[TG],total cholesterol[TC])before and after treatment,and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group(97.50%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E 2,LH,FSH,TC,TG and LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin in the treatment of PCOS patients can improve the clinical effect,reduce the level of sex hormones and improve the level of blood lipids.
