徐州市2020—2021年0~6岁儿童残疾及康复状况分析

Analysis of disability and rehabilitation status of children aged 0-6 years in Xuzhou from 2020 to 2021

目的探究徐州市2020—2021年0~6岁儿童残疾及康复状况。方法选取符合全国第二次残疾人抽样调查制定的各类残疾评定标准,并以2020—2021年在徐州市(包括县区、乡镇)居住的0~6岁各类残疾儿童为研究对象。向残疾儿童家长通过手机用问卷星app进行问卷调查,共收到4022份有效问卷报告。结果参与调查的残疾儿童中,5~6岁残疾儿童占比最高,达23.3%;残疾儿童主要位于农村,占52.9%,男童占比高达64.9%;首次发现异常的年龄多在1岁以下,占52.5%;开始康复年龄多在3岁以上,占57.2%。结论徐州市0~6岁残疾儿童人数较多,应积极对父母进行宣教,并通过培训专业康复队伍与机构,进一步减少残疾儿童的家庭和社会压力。

Objective To explore the disability and rehabilitation status of children aged 0-6 years in Xuzhou from 2020 to 2021.Methods Disabled children aged 0-6 years living in Xuzhou City(including counties,districts and towns)from 2020 to 2021 who met the assessment criteria for all kinds of disabilities formulated in the second national sample survey of disabled people were selected as research subjects.A total of 4022 valid questionnaire reports were received from parents of disabled children through mobile phone and questionnaire app.Results Among the disabled children participating in the survey,the disabled children aged 5-6 years accounted for the highest proportion,reaching 23.3%.52.9%of the disabled children were in rural areas,and boys accounted for 64.9%.52.5%of the cases were identified under 1 year old,and 57.2%of the cases started rehabilitation over 3 years old.Conclusion The number of disabled children aged 0-6 years in Xuzhou City is large.Parents should be actively educated,and professional rehabilitation teams and institutions should be trained to further reduce the family and social pressure of disabled children.
