布地奈德联合肾上腺素交替雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻的临床效果

Clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Epinephrine in the treatment of acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction in children

目的探究布地奈德联合肾上腺素交替雾化吸入治疗小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻的临床效果。方法选取2020年7月至2021年10月青岛市即墨区人民医院收治的88例急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(布地奈德治疗,44例)与观察组(布地奈德联合肾上腺素交替雾化吸入治疗,44例)。比较两组患儿临床评分、炎症因子水平及不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后观察组临床症状评分低于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论给予急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿布地奈德与肾上腺素交替雾化吸入治疗,可促进临床症状改善,降低炎症因子水平,不良反应未见增加,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of Budesonide combined with Adrenaline in the treatment of acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction in children.Methods A total of 88 children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction admitted to People’s Hospital of Jimo,Qingdao from July 2020 to October 2021 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(44 cases treated with Budesonide)and the observation group(44 cases treated with Budesonide combined with Epinephrine).The scores of clinical symptoms,the level of inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of inflammatory factors was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of Budesonide combined with Epinephrine in the treatment of acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and does not increase adverse reactions,which is worthy of reference.
