拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠高血压的效果

Effect of Labetalol treating pregnancy induced hypertension

目的探析拉贝洛尔在妊娠高血压(PIH)的治疗效果。方法选取2021年3月至2022年4月巴中市中心医院产科收治的94例PIH患者为研究对象,采用摸球法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用拉贝洛尔,比较两组临床治疗效果及不良分娩结局。结果治疗后观察组血压、超敏C反应蛋白、白介素-6水平、新生儿窒息、宫内窘迫、胎盘早剥、剖宫产的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PIH患者应用拉贝洛尔治疗可取得较好的临床效果,可快速改善患者血压与炎症因子水平,减少不良妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Labetalol on pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods A total of 94 PIH patients admitted to Bazhong Central Hospital from March 2021 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by touching ball method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Labetalol on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of blood pressure,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,intrauterine distress,and placental abruption,cesarean section in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Labetalol in PIH patients has a desirable clinical effect,can rapidly improve the level of blood pressure and inflammatory factors,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
