综合护理对剖宫产产妇母乳喂养的影响

Influence of comprehensive nursing on breastfeeding in women with cesarean section

目的分析在剖宫产产妇护理中综合护理的效果。方法选取2021年10月12日至2022年10月12日滨州市中心医院产科收治的80例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理。比较两组的泌乳功能、产后恶露量、护理满意度、纯母乳喂养率。结果研究组泌乳始动时间短于对照组,泌乳量评分高于对照组,护理总满意度高于对照组,研究组的纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理价值高,可以提升纯母乳喂养率,对泌乳功能及满意度的提高具有积极意义,可在临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 cases of cesarean section in Binzhou Central Hospital from October 12,2021 to October 12,2022 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comprehensive nursing.Lactation function,lochia volume,nursing satisfaction and rate of exclusive breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The lactation start time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the lactation volume score was higher than that of the control group,the total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is of high value,which can improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding,and has positive significance for the improvement of lactation function and satisfaction.It can be popularized.
