层级护理管理模式对母婴同室产妇母乳喂养成功率及满意度的影响

Effect of hierarchical nursing management model on breast-feeding success rate and satisfaction of direct rooming-in parturient

目的探讨层级护理管理模式对母婴同室产妇母乳喂养成功率及护理质量的影响。方法选取徐州医科大学附属医院2021年10月至12月母婴同室病房产妇102例,按不同护理方式分为对照组(n=48)及观察组(n=54)。对照组采用常规模式护理,观察组则在此基础上采用层级护理管理模式,比较两组产妇护理质量得分情况、母乳喂养成功率以及护理满意度。结果观察组产妇对护理人员的服务态度、病区管理能力、技术能力和沟通能力的得分高于对照组,观察组产妇的总满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(77.08%),观察组的母乳喂养成功率(92.59%)高于对照组(70.83%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级护理管理模式能有效提高产妇母乳喂养率,改善护理服务效率、质量,使患者满意度提高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical nursing management model on breast-feeding success rate and the nursing care quality of direct rooming-in parturient.Methods A total of 102 cases of women in maternity ward of Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from October to December 2021 were selected,according to different nursing methods they were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=54).The control group used routine nursing,the observation group used hierarchical nursing management model,and maternal nursing quality score,success rate of breast-feeding and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Results The scores of nursing service attitude,ward management ability,technical ability and communication ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the total satisfaction of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(77.08%),the breast-feeding success rate in the observation group(92.59%)was higher than that in the control group(70.83%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical nursing management model can effectively improve the rate of breast-feeding,and improve the efficiency and quality of nursing services,and improve the patient’s satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
