“三色”预警分级护理模式在小儿高热惊厥救治中的应用效果

Application effect of“three colors”early warning grading nursing mode in the treatment of children with febrile convulsion

目的研究分析小儿高热惊厥救治中运用“三色”预警分级护理模式的效果。方法选择2020年3月至2022年8月在兰陵县人民医院救治的76例高热惊厥患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各38例。对照组应用常规护理,研究组运用“三色”预警分级护理,比较两组患儿救治效果、复发控制情况。结果研究组的惊厥持续时间、体温恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,研究组的复发次数少于对照组,复发间隔时间长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿高热惊厥救治中运用“三色”预警分级护理模式的效果更好,可有效控制患儿复发,值得临床推广。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of“three colors”early warning grading nursing mode in the treatment of children with febrile convulsion.Methods A total of 76 children with febrile convulsion who were treated in Lanling County People’s Hospital from March 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.The children were divided into the control group(38 cases)and the study group(38 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group used routine nursing,and the study group used“three colors”early warning grading nursing.The treatment effect and recurrence control of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of convulsion,temperature recovery time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the number of recurrence in the study group was fewer than that in the control group,the recurrence interval was longer than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The“three colors”early warning grading nursing mode is better in the treatment of children with febrile convulsion,and it can effectively control the recurrence of children,which is worth learning and promoting in clinical practice.
