摘要
腔镜器械消毒灭菌控制过程复杂度较高,为了提高腔镜器械消毒灭菌控制智能水平,提出基于PLC的腔镜器械消毒灭菌自动化控制技术,构建腔镜器械消毒灭菌控制系统功能组件,设计的腔镜器械消毒灭菌控制系统主要有物理控制模块、底层数据交互模块、总线通信模块、控制质量传输模块、底层控制信息交互模块和人机交互模块等。采用PXI、VXI、LXI联合总线交互控制方法,通过PLC逻辑可编程器件作为控制系统的核心组件,通过嵌入式调试和AD转换协议控制,建立腔镜器械消毒灭菌控制的指令交互协议,采用触发总线、模拟总线联合控制方法实现腔镜器械消毒灭菌自动化控制。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行腔镜器械消毒灭菌控制的稳定性较高,可靠性较好,提高了腔镜器械消毒灭菌控制的自适应性和过程优化性。
The process of disinfection and sterilization control of endoscopic instruments is complicated. In order to improve the intelligent level of disinfection and sterilization control of endoscopic instruments, the automatic control technology of disinfection and sterilization of endoscopic instruments based on PLC is proposed, and the functional components of disinfection and sterilization control system of endoscopic instruments are constructed. The designed disinfection and sterilization control system of endoscopic instruments mainly includes physical control module, bottom data interaction module, bus communication module, control quality transmission module, bottom control information interaction module and man-machine interaction module. Using PXI, VXI, LXI joint bus interactive control method, PLC logic programmable device as the core component of the control system, through embedded debugging and AD conversion protocol control, the instruction interactive protocol for disinfection and sterilization control of endoscopic instruments is established, and the trigger bus and analog bus joint control method is adopted to realize automatic disinfection and sterilization control of endoscopic instruments. The test results show that the stability and reliability of disinfection and sterilization control of endoscopic instruments by this method are high, and the adaptability and process optimization of disinfection and sterilization control of endoscopic instruments are improved.
