基于微信平台的多学科团队协作延续护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用价值

Application value of multidisciplinary team collaboration continuous nursing based on WeChat platform in stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的 探讨基于微信平台的多学科团队协作(MDT)延续护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者心理状态的影响。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年12月南充市中心医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者120例为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上利用微信平台实行MDT延续护理。对两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪、日常生活能力、心理弹性、创伤后成长、总体幸福感进行比较分析。结果 干预后,观察组抑郁自评量表和焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组的日常生活能力、心理弹性、创伤后成长、总体幸福感评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于微信平台的MDT延续护理有助于降低脑卒中偏瘫患者焦虑抑郁情绪,增强患者心理弹性和创伤后成长,提高其日常生活能力和幸福感。

Objective To explore the effect of multi-disciplinary team(MDT) continuous nursing based on We Chat platform on the psychological status of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 120 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admtted to Nanchong Central Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given MDT continuous care on the basis of the control group using We Chat platform.The anxiety and depression,daily living ability,resilience,post-traumatic growth,and overall well-being of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the daily living ability,resilience,post-traumatic growth,and overall well-being scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT continuous nursing based on WeChat platform can help reduce anxiety and depression of stroke patients with hemiplegia,enhance their resilience and post-traumatic growth,and improve their ability of daily life and well-being.
