CICARE沟通模式联合呼吸训练在CT检查患者中的应用效果

Application effect of CICARE communication mode combined with respiratory training in patients undergoing CT examination

目的 探讨CICARE沟通模式联合呼吸训练在CT检查患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年5月—2021年12月来医院影像科胸部检查66例患者作为研究对象。按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组(36例,CICARE沟通模式联合呼吸训练)和常规组(30例,常规干预)。比较两组患者CT检查情况、CT检查知识知晓情况、伪影情况、心理状态以及其影响关系。结果 观察组检查时心率、准备时间、检查时间、焦虑评分、抑郁评分及中肺区、下肺区伪影评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组CT检查意义、检查前准备及注意事项、检查时正确体位、检查时正确呼吸、检查后注意事项评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CT检查知识知晓情况均负向影响CT检查情况、心理状态(P<0.05),而CT检查情况、心理状态不影响伪影情况(P>0.05)。结论 CICARE沟通模式联合呼吸训练干预方式对CT检查患者具有显著的效果,可减少CT检查时间,平稳患者心率,提升CT检查内容知晓度,减少负面情绪,减少伪影情况的发生。

Objective To explore the application effect of CICARE communication mode combined with respiratory training in patients undergoing CT examination. Methods To select 66 patients who had chest examinations in the imaging department of the hospital from May 2020 to December 2021 as the study subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups, they were divided into an observation group(36 cases, CICARE communication mode combined with respiratory training) and a routine group(30 cases, routine intervention). The CT examination, the knowledge of CT examination, the artifact, the psychological state and their influence relationship were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate,preparation time, examination time, anxiety score, depression score, and artifact score of middle lung and lower lung in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The significance of CT examination, preparation before examination and precautions, correct posture, correct breathing during examination, and precautions after examination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The awareness of CT examination knowledge has a negative impact on CT examination and mental state(P<0.05), while CT examination and mental state do not affect artifact(P>0.05). Conclusion CICARE communication mode combined with respiratory training intervention had a significant effect on patients with CT examination, which can reduce the CT examination time, stabilize the patient’s heart rate, improve the awareness of CT examination content,reduce negative emotions, and reduce the occurrence of artifacts.
