摘要
针对长庆油田陇东区块探井油层跨度大、地层水活跃、延长组和洛河组易发生漏失的固井难题,研制出低温增强剂GZQ、复合减轻剂GJQ,形成了强触变短候凝耐温差水泥浆体系、低摩阻耐压防漏水泥浆体系及配套固井工艺。现场应用表明,陇东区块实施的110口井的固井质量合格率大于95%,强触变短候凝耐温差水泥浆体系可有效解决侏罗系油水层固井质量差的问题,低摩阻耐压防漏水泥浆体系可有效减少洛河组、延长组发生漏失的固井难题,为陇东区块后续大规模开发固井提供了可靠的技术支撑。
In view of the cementing problems of the exploration wells in Longdong block of Changqing Oilfield, such as large oil-layer span, active formation water, and easy leakage in Yanchang and Luohe Formations, the low temperature intensifier GZQ and compound reducer GJQ for oil well cement have been developed, forming two cement slurry systems, one is the strong thixotropic short temperature tolerance, the other is the low friction pressure resistance and leak-proof.Besides that, the supporting cementing technology has been established.Field application shows that the qualification rate of cementing quality of 110 wells in Longdong block is more than 95%.The cement slurry system of the former can effectively solve the problem of poor cementing quality in Jurassic oil and water layers, while the other one can effectively reduce the cementing problem of leakage in Luohe and Yanchang formations, which provides reliable technical support for the subsequent large-scale development cementing in Longdong block.
