智能制造类专业产教融合“五位一体”人才培养路径

“Five-in-One” Talent Cultivation Path of the Integration of Industry and Education in Intelligent Manufacturing Specialty

随着信息技术与制造技术不断交叉融合,特别是新技术、新业态层出不穷,使智能制造领域高水平复合型技术技能人才需求量迅速增长。产教融合作为职业教育的重要人才培养方式,是解决智能制造类高端技能人才储备不足问题的关键。基于此,课题组重点探讨了政府、行业协会、产业园区、企业、学校五方联动的“五位一体”产教融合人才培养机制,并对实施路径进行了详细分析与阐述。教学实践表明,基于政、行、园、企、校“五位一体”的产教融合协同育人机制,能够有效整合与发挥各类社会资源优势,形成资源合力,为提高育人质量提供有效保障。

With the continuous integration of information technology and manufacturing technology, especially the endless emergence of new technologies and new forms of business, the demand for high-level complex technical and skilled talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing has increased rapidly. As an important talent training mode of vocational education, industryeducation integration is the key to solve the problem of insufficient reserve of high-end skilled talents in intelligent manufacturing.Based on this, the research group focused on the “five in one” talent training mechanism of industry-education integration, which is linked by the government, industry associations, industrial parks, enterprises and schools, and analyzed and elaborated the implementation path in detail. The teaching practice shows that the “five in one” mechanism of industry-education integration and collaborative education based on the “five in one” of government, administration, garden, enterprise and school can effectively integrate and play to the advantages of various social resources, form a joint force of resources, and provide effective guarantee for improving the quality of education.
