摘要 自锚式悬索桥具有造型简洁、美观、跨径选择灵活的特点,适宜于两岸地基承载力较差的软土桥位,也可用于城市建设中。乌兰木伦河1号桥为自锚式悬索桥,主塔为钢-混凝土混合桥塔,桥面以上部分采用曲变截面钢塔,结构形式复杂,安装精度要求高,施工难度大。从钢结构塔身加工、定位安装等方面介绍了安装施工技术及流程,提出质量控制措施,提高了钢塔安装精度及施工质量。 The self-anchored suspension bridge has the characteristics of simple and beautiful shape and flexible span selection, which is suitable for soft soil bridge sites with poor foundation bearing capacity on both banks, and can also be used in urban construction. Wulanmulun river No. 1 bridge is a self-anchored suspension bridge, the main tower is a steel-concrete composite bridge tower, and the part above the bridge deck is a curved variable cross-section steel tower, with complex structural form, high installation accuracy requirements and great construction difficulty. The installation and construction technology and process are introduced from the aspects of steel structure tower body processing, positioning and installation and so on, and the quality control measures are put forward, so as to improve the installation accuracy and construction quality of steel tower.
