双模板法CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)形貌特征及湿式催化过氧化性能

摘要 利用微波辅助双模板法、软模板法制备了一系列CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)复合材料,通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、XPS、SEM和TEM对材料进行了表征与分析,并对其湿式催化性能进行研究。结果表明,双模板法制备的D-CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)表现出立方相CeO_(2)和层叠g-C_(3)N_(4)的特征,比表面积和孔径较大,属于介孔结构,表面存在Ce^(3+)和Ce^(4+),有利于氧空位的形成。加入1 g嵌段共聚物F127,以无水乙醇为溶剂,用Na OH调节混合液呈碱性,微波辐射反应120 min后得到的D-CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(7.5)(硝酸铈7.5 mmol)样品,CeO_(2)颗粒均匀负载于棒状g-C_(3)N_(4)表面,结构完整,孔隙明显。在催化性能实验中,控制反应温度75℃、D-CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(7.5)投加量0.7 g、H_(2)O_(2)投加量0.5 mL、初始pH为5、反应时间180 min、苯酚溶液(200 mL)初始质量浓度为100 mg/L,其苯酚去除率可达80%以上。D-CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(7.5)重复使用5次后,苯酚去除率仍可达60%以上。 A series of CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)composites were prepared by microwave-assisted double template method and soft template method.The composites obtained were then characterized and analyzed by XRD N2adsorption-desorption,XPS,SEM and TEM,and their wet catalytic properties were investigated.The results showed that the D-CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)composites prepared by double template method exhibited a mesoporous structure of cubic CeO_(2)hybridized laminated g-C_(3)N_(4)with large specific surface area and pore size.The presence of Ce^(3+)and Ce^(4+)on the surface was conducive to the formation of oxygen vacancies The D-CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(7.5)(cerium nitrate 7.5 mmol),obtained via microwave radiation reaction of sodium hydroxide solution with 1 g block copolymer F127 dissolved in anhydrous ethanol for 120 min,exhibited a uniform and homogeneous structure with best morphological characteristic.In the catalytic performance test,under the conditions of reaction temperature being controlled at 75℃,D-CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(7.5)dosage of0.7 g,H_(2)O_(2)of 0.5 m L,initial pH of 5,reaction time of 180 min and initial mass concentration of phenol solution(200 m L)of 100 mg/L,the phenol removal rate reached more than 80%.Meanwhile,after D-CeO_(2)/g-C_(3)N_(4)(7.5)being recycled for 5 times,the phenol removal could still remained more than 60%.
