摘要
图书馆叙事研究是图书馆行业发展新的生长点,研究前景广阔。基于叙事转向理论,从图书馆叙事与企业叙事的同等逻辑出发,通过总结现有研究文献可以发现,图书馆叙事研究包括研究方式、服务方式、营销方式三个维度,图书馆叙事对图书馆角色的新要求为“叙事素养与能力培育者、专业叙事资源建设者、叙事主题索引创建者、叙事营销服务创新者”。在叙事模型SB7的基础上进行图书馆叙事能够高效地传递推广信息,并为图书馆行业带来以下四个新思维图书馆叙事营销需立足于吸引“用户注意”,以用户为叙事主角,从宣传思维走向故事思维;消除叙事空隙,提升从业者忠诚度;实施战略性营销,提升图书馆的软实力;将营销对象从推广信息转向吸引“用户注意”。
As a new growing point of the library development,library narrative research has a broad prospect.Based on narrative turn theory,from the same logic of library narrative and enterprise narrative,we could find that library narrative research includes research mode,service mode and marketing mode,the new requirements of library narrative to the role of the library are"narrative literacy and skills trainer,professional narrative resource builder,narrative subject indexing creator,marketing service innovator".The library narrative based on the narrative mode SB7 can efficiently transrnit the promotion information and bring four new ideas to the library industry:library narrative marketing should be based on attracting users’attention,take users as the main body of narrative,transform from advocating to storytelling;eliminate narrative gap to enhance practitioner loyalty;promote library’s soft power by strategic marketing;and focus on users’attention instead of message marketing.
