云南省怒江地区独龙牛鞭虫感染情况调查

摘要 为了解云南省怒江地区独龙牛鞭虫感染情况,本试验分4个季节从云南省怒江州5个采样点采集到987份独龙牛新鲜粪便样品,通过饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法进行镜检,并对镜检结果进行数据分析。结果显示,987份独龙牛粪便样本中共检测到85份阳性样本,总感染率为8.61%(85/987);5个采样点中茨开镇感染率最高,为14.47%(33/228),鸠门当感染率为5.21%(10/192),古泉村感染率为10.68%(22/206),亚左洛村感染率为4.28%(8/187),独龙江乡感染率为6.90%(12/174),部分采样点间阳性率比较差异显著(P<0.05);4个季节中秋季感染率最高,为10.19%(27/265),春、夏、冬季感染率分别为8.03%(20/249)、6.75%(16/237)、9.32%(22/236),差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,本试验所调查的所有采样点均存在鞭虫感染,说明该地区独龙牛鞭虫感染较为普遍,应加强独龙牛鞭虫病的防治工作,降低鞭虫病发病的风险。 In order to investigate the epidemiology of Trichuris trichiura(T.trichiura)in Bos frontalis(B.frontalis)in Nujiang Prefecture,Yunnan Province,this study collected a total of 987 fresh fecal samples of B.frontalis from five locations in four quarters,processed the samples by the floating method of saturated sucrose solution,and subsequently examined under microscope.The results showed that 85 of the 987 fecal samples were positive for T.trichiura,with the total infection rate of 8.16%(85/987).Among the five sampling locations,Cikai Town had the highest infection rate of 14.47%(33/228),Jiumendang had the lowest infection rate of 5.21%(10/192),while Guquan Village,Yazuoluo Village and Dulongjiang Township had infection rates of 10.68%(22/206),4.28%(8/187)and 6.90%(12/174),respectively.There were significant differences in infection rates among some of the five sampling locations(P<0.05).In the four quarters,the infection rates were 10.19%(27/265)in autumn,8.03%(20/249)in spring,6.75%(16/237)in summer and 9.32%(22/236)in winter.There were no significant differences in infection rates in four quarters(P>0.05).Given that T.trichiura infection in B.frontalis occurs in all the sites investigated in this study,attention should be paid towards the prevention and control of trichuriasis in these areas.
