云南省双江县山羊雷公藤中毒的调查

Investigation of Tripterygium wilfordii Poisoning in Goats in Shuangjiang County,Yunnan Province

2015年5月,云南省双江县部分区域放养的山羊发病,主要症状表现为部分或全身脱毛、消瘦、皮肤瘙痒和皮肤布满米粒大灰白色结节,部分发病羊只死亡,9月份后逐步康复,此后每年都在原发病区域反复发生该病,当地兽医使用体表寄生虫药物进行治疗,效果不佳。2018年7月,市县联合开展流行病学调查,并于2018年8—9月和2019年5—6月在双江县雷公藤生长区域开展了山羊食入性雷公藤中毒临床试验。根据发病情况、临床症状、剖检病变、流行病学调查和临床试验综合分析,诊断为山羊食入性雷公藤中毒。自2018年开始,该地采取季节性轮换放牧、合理控制养羊数量等综合防控措施,截至2022年6月,原发病区域内山羊未再次出现脱毛症状。

In May 2015,goats of in certain areas of Shuangjiang County of Yunnan Province suddenly developed depilation,emaciation,itchy skin and large grayish white nodules covered with rice grains,while some goats died,and the remainder gradually recovered after September.Since then,the disease has repeatedly occurred in the areas every year,and local veterinarians used superficial parasite drugs for treatment,while little effect.In July 2017,the city and county jointly carried out an epidemiological investigation,and clinical trials on goat ingestion of Tripterygium wilfordii in Shuangjiang County from August to September 2017 and from May to June 2018.According to the comprehensive analysis of the incidence,clinical symptoms,pathological changes of necropsy,epidemiological investigation and clinical trial,the poisoning caused by ingestion of Tripterygium wilfordii in goats was diagnosed.Through comprehensive prevention and control measures such as seasonal rotation grazing and reasonable control of goat number,no goat depilation has occurred again in the original disease areas from 2018.
