国家高山滑雪中心造雪机的配电设计

摘要 国家高山滑雪中心造雪机的数量多、配电距离远,电缆在平均坡度4°~40°的山坡上敷设。为确保造雪机安全可靠地工作,在选择电缆截面时需要准确计算电压损失,且配电距离过长也必须对用电端接地故障保护进行校验。鉴于电缆的选择需要考虑山坡坡度对电缆产生的拉力及山地接地电阻大等问题,本文结合项目实例,采用了一种可靠经济的方式解决了造雪机金属外壳接地的问题。 The number of snow makers in the national alpine skiing center is large, the power distribution distance is long, and the cables are laid on the hillside with an average slope of 4-40 °. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the snow maker, it is necessary to calculate the accurate voltage loss when selecting the cable section. If the distribution distance is too long, the ground fault protection at the power end must also be verified. The selection of cables needs to consider the tensile force of hillside slope on the cable. The grounding resistance in mountainous areas is large, so a reliable and economic way should be adopted to solve the grounding problem of the metal shell of the snow maker.
