高等艺术院校助力乡村振兴相关问题探讨——以四川音乐学院帮扶广元市昭化区为例

A Discussion on the Problems Related to the Promotion of Rural Rejuvenation by Art Colleges and Universities——Taking Sichuan Conservatory of Music to Help Zhaohua District of Guangyuan City as an Example

以四川音乐学院在脱贫攻坚期间定点帮扶广元市昭化区为问题切入点,根据当地乡村发展现状、短板和需要,深入分析了如何充分发挥高等艺术院校在美术、设计、音乐、舞蹈、戏剧、影视等学科专业群的独特优势以及如何借助挖掘、汇聚、传承、创新、传播等方式途径,从“艺术教育”“乡村聚落和环境”“旅游产业和产品”三个主要方面,探讨扩大参与范围、深度融入乡村振兴宏大工程、全面缩小城乡差别、推动区域一体发展等关键性问题,并提出了可行性思路措施。

Taking the poverty alleviation in Guangyuan by the Sichuan Conservatory of Music as the starting point,according to the current situation,shortcomings and needs of the local rural development,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of how to give full play to the unique advantages of higher art institutions in art,design,music,dance,drama,film and television and other disciplines.From the three main aspects of“Art education”,“Rural settlement and environment”and“Tourism industry and products”,by means of mining,gathering,inheriting,innovating and spreading,this paper explores the key issues of expanding the scope of participation,integrating deeply into the grand project of rural revitalization,reducing the difference between urban and rural areas in an all-round way,and promoting the integrated development of regions.
