Corporate digital responsibility,digital trust and high-quality development of enterprises

结合技术能力构建被调节的中介效应模型,研究企业数字责任、数字信任对企业高质量发展的影响。实证结果表明:企业数字责任的实施有助于数字信任的形成,推动了企业高质量发展;数字信任在企业数字责任与高质量发展间发挥部分中介作用;技术能力能够促进数字信任向企业高质量发展的转化,正向调节数字信任的中介效应。

Combined with technological capability,this paper constructs a moderated mediation model to explore the impact of corporate digital responsibility and digital trust on the high-quality development of enterprises.The empirical research finds that the implementation of corporate digital responsibility contributes to the formation of digital trust and promotes the high-quality development of enterprises;digital trust plays a mediated role between corporate digital responsibility and high-quality development;technological capability positively promotes digital trust’s transformation to high-quality development of enterprises and significantly improves the mediating effect of digital trust.
