摘要
酒精性肝病(alcoholic liver disease,ALD)是常见的肝脏疾病之一,肠道微生态在ALD的发病机制中起着十分重要的作用,酒精的摄入会导致肠道微生态的紊乱、肠道屏障的破坏及菌群的移位,进而导致肝脏炎症的出现。深入探究肠道微生态在ALD发生中的作用机制有助于寻找新的治疗靶点。本文就近年来ALD相关肠道微生态研究进展进行综述,从而有助于探索ALD新的诊治手段。
Alcoholic liver disease(ALD) is a common liver disease.Gut microbiota plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ALD.Alcohol intake will lead to the disorder of gut microbiota,the destruction of intestinal barrier,and the translocation of microflora,and then lead to the emergence of liver inflammation.In-depth exploration of the specific mechanism of gut microbiota in the occurrence of ALD will help to find new treatment targets.We reviewed advances on ALD and gut microbiota in recent years,which may lead to novel approach to ALD in the future.
