摘要 对既有建筑增设地下室可在不改变建筑原立面形状的基础上提升建筑使用性能。介绍了一种适用于低净空条件下既有建筑地下空间开发的桩柱一体结构,该结构中桩柱一次浇筑成形,在有利于桩柱整体性的前提下可简化施工工序。着重阐述了桩柱一体结构的施工方法,以及桩柱与新建地下室梁、板的连接方式。依托工程实践,验证了所述施工方法的可行性。在严格控制施工流程的条件下,采集了施工用时数据。总结的应用研究经验可作为既有建筑地下空间施工方法和新老混凝土构件连接方式的参考,为优化桩柱一体结构施工工序提供数据支撑。 Adding basements to existing buildings can improve the building performance without changing the original facade shape.This paper introduces a pile column integrated structure suitable for the development of underground space of existing buildings under the condition of low headroom.In this structure,the pile column is cast in one time,which can simplify the construction process on the premise of facilitating the integrity of the pile column.This paper emphatically expounds the construction method of the pile column integrated structure,and the connection mode of the pile column and the newly built basement beam and slab.Based on the engineering practice,the feasibility of the construction method is verified.Under the strict control of the construction process,the construction time data were collected.The summarized application research experience can be used as a reference for the construction method of the existing building underground space and the connection mode of the new and old concrete components,and provide data support for optimizing the construction process of the pile column integrated structure.
