摘要
为保证近海地区抗浮锚杆的施工质量和应用效果,提出并介绍了高压旋喷钻机变截面施工工艺,通过在成孔过程中控制锚杆成孔直径,实现下大上小的变截面锚杆结构,从而提高锚杆的抗拔力,可以很好地克服地下水及地质条件差对抗浮锚杆施工的影响。依托青岛太平洋梦时代广场C地块二期工程案例实施情况,证明高压旋喷钻机变截面施工工艺具有施工速度快、经济效益好、质量高、抗拔力大的优点,值得进一步推广应用。
In order to ensure the construction quality and application effect of anti-floating anchor bolts in offshore areas,the variable section construction technology of high-pressure rotary grouting drill is proposed and introduced.By controlling the hole diameter of anchor bolts during the hole forming process,the variable section anchor bolt structure with large bottom and small top is realized,so as to improve the anti-pulling force of anchor bolts,which can well overcome the impact of poor groundwater and geological conditions on the construction of anti-floating anchor bolts.Relying on the implementation of the second phase project of Qingdao Pacific Dream Times Square Block C,it is proved that the variable section construction technology of high-pressure rotary grouting drill has the advantages of fast construction speed,good economic benefits,high quality,and large uplift resistance,which is worth further promotion and application.
