摘要
针对抗浮锚杆止水节点易渗漏的技术难题,结合绍兴某项目实际情况及原有设计,提出一系列抗浮锚杆体系设计优化的方法。通过将预应力螺纹钢筋等强度替换为无黏结钢绞线,实现降低安全风险、提高施工质量及施工效率的目的;对目前无黏结钢绞线穿越基础底板止水节点常规做法进行优化设计,最终解决了抗浮锚杆止水节点渗漏问题。总结的经验可为类似工程提供借鉴。
In view of the technical problem that the anti floating anchor rod waterproof joint is easy to leak,combined with the actual situation of a project in Shaoxing and the original design,a series of methods for optimizing the design of anti floating anchor rod system are proposed.The purpose of reducing safety risks and improving construction quality and efficiency is achieved by replacing the prestressed deformed steel bars with unbonded steel strands of equal strength.The common practice of unbonded steel strand crossing the waterproof joint of foundation slab is optimized,and the leakage problem of anti floating anchor rod water proof joint is finally solved.The experience summarized can provide reference for similar projects.
