摘要
重点阐述双面叠合剪力墙在大型地下给排水建筑中的运用,在满足设计性能要求的前提下,降低吊装难度,提升施工效率。结合具体项目,介绍双面叠合剪力墙主要的制作流程,包括墙体及钢筋桁架的制作工艺。同时,介绍了双面叠合墙的运输、吊装准备工作、吊装施工工艺、尺寸偏差的调节方式以及超高性能混凝土浇筑工艺及性能指标,可为今后双面叠合剪力墙这种新型装配式构件制作、运输与吊装提供参考。
The application of double-sided composite shear wall in large underground water supply and drainage buildings is emphasized in this paper,which can reduce the difficulty of hoisting and improve the construction efficiency on the premise of meeting the design performance requirements.Combined with specific projects,the main fabrication process of double-sided composite shear wall is introduced,including the fabrication process of wall and steel truss.At the same time,the transportation,hoisting preparation,hoisting construction technology,size deviation adjustment method,ultra high-performance concrete pouring technology and performance indicators of the double-sided laminated shear wall are also introduced,which can provide a reference for the production,transportation and hoisting of the double-sided laminated shear wall,as a new type of fabricated component in the future.
