摘要
在面对大型的地下污水处理厂大型水池等特殊结构时,现有的预制板或预制墙由于其相对较大的跨度、高度以及较高的防水防腐要求,因而存在较多局限。为解决上述问题,结合上海竹园污水处理厂四期工程1.5标项目的工程实践,详细介绍了预制“双面叠合剪力墙+倒T板”,节点形式采用UHPC连接的新型预制装配式施工技术在地下污水处理厂中的运用。采用HDPE锚固板防腐层与构件一同预制的防腐措施,可为今后大型污水处理厂预制装配式结构工程的施工提供参考。
In the face of special structures such as large pools in large underground sewage treatment plants,the existing prefabricated slabs or walls have many limitations due to their relatively large span,height and higher requirements for waterproof and anti-corrosion.In order to solve the above problems,combined with the engineering practice of Section 1.5 of Shanghai Zhuyuan Sewage Treatment Plant PhaseⅣProject,this paper introduces in detail the application of the new prefabricated construction technology of prefabricated"double-sided laminated shear wall+inverted T-plate",with the node form of UHPC connection,in the underground sewage treatment plant.The anti-corrosion measures of prefabricating HDPE anchor plate anti-corrosion coating and components together can provide reference for the construction of prefabricated structures in large sewage treatment plants in the future.
