基于窄带物联网的大体积混凝土温度监测系统研发与工程应用

摘要 对混凝土温度裂缝机理进行研究,结合当前主流无线监测设备特点,提出了大体积混凝土远程无线温度监测设备研发目标。融合应用了窄带物联网技术在传输距离及设备功耗方面的优势,研发了超远距离、超低功耗、超高精度大体积混凝土测温模块;针对施工期间设备易受干扰的特点,设计了数据缓存及电压监控机制;采用配置端与展示端分离的软硬件设计思路,极大提升了系统可靠性及稳定性;开发相应配置端及展示端软件,用户可通过多种终端进行实时数据查看、历史数据查询、报表下载等操作。示范工程成功应用,证明了所研发的设备能够满足大体积混凝土温度监测应用需求。 Based on the research on the mechanism of concrete temperature cracks and the characteristics of current mainstream wireless monitoring equipment,the research and development goal of mass concrete remote wireless temperature monitoring equipment is proposed.The advantages of narrowband IoT technology in transmission distance and equipment power consumption are integrated and applied,and a mass concrete temperature measurement module with ultra-long distance,ultra-low power consumption and ultra-high precision is developed.In view of the characteristics that the equipment is easy to be disturbed during the construction,the data buffer and voltage monitoring mechanism are designed.The software and hardware design idea of separating the configuration end from the display end has greatly improved the system reliability and stability.Develop corresponding configuration end and display end software.Users can view real-time data,query historical data,download reports and other operations through a variety of terminals.The successful application of the demonstration project proves that the developed equipment can meet the application requirements of mass concrete temperature monitoring.
