摘要
3D打印混凝土成为行业研究热点,并在材料制备、工艺控制、性能评价等方面取得显著成果。然而,3D打印混凝土配合比设计研究较为有限,且尚未形成标准化方法。因此,基于目前公开发表的研究成果,首先梳理了3D打印混凝土关键性能及其测试方法,重点阐述了3D打印混凝土常用组分及其性能的影响,最后分类总结了3D打印混凝土配合比设计方法,在此基础上提出相关配合比设计的建议,以期推动3D打印混凝土配合比设计方法标准化。
3D printing concrete has become a research hotspot in the industry,and has made remarkable achievements in material preparation,process control,performance evaluation,etc.However,the research on 3D printing concrete mix design is limited,and a standardized method has not been formed yet.Therefore,based on the currently published research results,this paper first sorts out the key performance and testing methods of 3D printing concrete,focuses on the influence of common components of 3D printing concrete and their performance,and finally classifies and summarizes the mix proportion design methods of 3D printing concrete.On this basis,it puts forward suggestions on relevant mix proportion design,with a view to promoting the standardization of 3D printing concrete mix proportion design methods.
