Connotation and Approach of Urban Rail Transit Specialty Group Construction under the Background of "Double High-level Plan"

特色高水平专业群建设是一项系统工程,城市轨道交通专业群基于服务行业和岗位群组建,在底层资源和毕业生就业方面能够做到共享和互补,构建以培养安全意识、团队精神、服务意识、专业能力和智慧地铁导向的“STSPS”城市轨道交通专业群建设内涵,并从校企合作、课程体系、标准对接、“三教”改革、教学评价等方面探索了专业群建设的路径。

The construction of characteristic high-level specialty group is a systematic project. The specialty group of urban rail transit is established based on the service industry and job group, which can share and complement each other in the bottom resources and the employment of graduates. In this paper, the construction connotation of "STSPS" urban rail transit professional group is constructed to cultivate safety consciousness, team spirit, service consciousness, professional ability and smart subway orientation. The construction path of specialty group is explored from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation, curriculum system, standard docking, "three-education" reform, teaching evaluation and so on.
