摘要 针对某款移动式柴油发电机组,采用九点测量法对该机组进行噪声测试以研究其噪声频率特性及隔声罩隔声性能。在柴油机转速分别为3000r/min和3600r/min时对不同负载工况下的各测点噪声声压级进行比较分析,结果显示,排气消声器端和控制面板端的声压级较大。在排气消声器端所在的表面,利用平均值法分别求取其有无隔声罩的声压值差值,通过差值结果可知:在排气端加装隔声罩之后,其噪声声压值降低约3dB (A)。进一步在转速为3000r/min的柴油机不同负载工况中加装隔声罩,并对加装前后的频谱进行比较分析,得出本款柴油发电机组噪声的主要频率组成,为进一步降噪提供数据支撑。 For a mobile diesel generator set, the nine-point measurement method is used to test the noise of the set to study its noise frequency characteristics and sound insulation performance of the sound insulation cover. When the diesel engine speed is 3000 r/min and 3600 r/min respectively, the noise sound pressure levels at each measuring point under different load conditions are compared and analyzed. The results show that the sound pressure levels at the exhaust muffler end and the control panel end are large. On the surface where the exhaust muffler end is located, the average value method is used to calculate the difference of the sound pressure value of the exhaust muffler with or without the sound insulation cover. The difference result shows that the noise sound pressure value decreases by about 3dB(A) after the sound insulation cover is installed at the exhaust end. Further install sound insulation cover in different load conditions of diesel engine with speed of 3000r/min, and compare and analyze the frequency spectrum before and after installation, and obtain the main frequency composition of noise of this diesel generator set, providing data support for further noise reduction.
