摘要
几何量测量在各个领域,尤其是机械产品的研发、生产及制造中均广泛存在,对于制造与装配精度要求较高的测量,其测量结果及数据处理至关重要。本文主要针对测量不确定度在几何量检测中的应用进行阐述,首先对标准不确定度的A类及B类评定方法及流程进行介绍,然后通过实例说明在几何量检测中测量不确定度的分析和计算,旨在为提高几何量检测质量,更好地服务生产和生活提供参考和借鉴。
Geometric measurement is widely used in various fields, especially in the R&D, production and manufacturing of mechanical products. For measurement requiring high manufacturing and assembly accuracy, its measurement results and data processing are crucial. The paper mainly expounds the application of measurement uncertainty in geometric quantity detection. First, it introduces the evaluation methods and processes of Class A and Class B standard uncertainty, and then illustrates the analysis and calculation of measurement uncertainty in geometric quantity detection through examples, aiming to provide reference and reference for improving the quality of geometric quantity detection and better serving production and life.
