摘要
本文阐述了一种汽车电子温度传感系统在线校准方法及其示值误差的不确定度评定,利用计量标准测量设备标准温度计、恒温液体槽和干式计量炉在线对汽车制造、测试和研发生产线上的电子温度传感系统进行校准。通过建立数学模型,在各温度范围区间内,实时动态测量并计算出传感系统的示值误差,为汽车制造、测试和研发生产线上的电子温度传感系统是否符合技术要求提供科学规范的测量数据。并对校准所得测量结果进行不确定分析,确定校准方法和校准数据的置信度。
The paper describes an on-line calibration method of automotive electronic temperature sensing system and its uncertainty evaluation of indication error. The electronic temperature sensing system on automotive manufacturing, testing and R&D production line is calibrated on-line by using standard measuring equipment,standard thermometer, constant temperature liquid bath and dry-type measuring furnace. By establishing a mathematical model, the indication error of the sensing system can be dynamically measured and calculated in real time within each temperature range, so as to provide scientific and standardized measurement data for whether the electronic temperature sensing system on the automobile manufacturing, testing and R&D production line meets the technical requirements. The uncertainty analysis of the measurement results obtained from the calibration is carried out to determine the confidence of the calibration method and calibration data.
