摘要
根据因瓦水准标尺低温度线膨胀系数和高稳定性的特性,在标尺因瓦带固定反射标志(RetroReflective Target,RRT),制作了新型摄影标尺,测量范围更长且不易变形。建立由激光干涉仪、显微镜和运动控制系统等组成的标尺测长系统,给出了标尺校准的常用方法。采用了几何中心法,对新型标尺的稳定性进行考核,稳定性小于测量的不确定度。
According to the characteristics of low temperature linear expansion coefficient and high stability of Invar leveling staff, fixed retro-reflective target on ruler invar tape, a new photographic ruler was made, longer measuring range and less deformation. A ruler measurement system consisting of laser interferometer, microscope and motion control system was established, common methods of ruler calibration are given. The geometric center method is used to evaluate the stability, stability is less than the uncertainty of measurement.
