摘要
透析器是血液净化治疗的重要组成部分,其中透析膜性能对治疗效果具有决定性的影响.为了探究中空纤维型血液透析膜的渗透性对透析性能的影响,设计4种具有不同膜渗透性的透析器,测试并分析了中空纤维膜渗透性对透析器内滤过、尿毒症毒素清除率以及白蛋白筛选性能的影响.结果表明,膜渗透性的增强有效增加内滤过流量,增强血液透析时对流传质效应.小分子溶质清除率随膜渗透性的增加变化不明显,但中、大分子溶质清除率则明显提升.当膜渗透性增加至最大时,白蛋白筛选系数仍符合临床要求.本研究有助于高性能透析器的研发,从而提升透析患者的治疗效果.
The dialyzer is an essential module during hemodialysis, and treatment effect is largelydependent on the hollow fiber hemodialysis membrane performance. In order to explore the effect of the permeability of hollow fiber membrane on the dialysis performance, four dialyzers with different membrane permeability were designed in this paper. The effects of hollow fiber membrane permeability on the internal filtration, clearance of uremic toxins and albumin sieving coefficient in the dialyzer were tested and analyzed experimentally. The results showed that the enhanced membrane permeability effectively improved the internal filtration of the dialyzers and thus increased the effect of convective transport during hemodialysis. The clearance of small molecule weight solutes changed slightly with the increase of membrane permeability, while the clearance of medium and large molecular weight solutes increased significantly. In this experiment, when the membrane permeability reached the maximum, the albumin sieving coefficient met the clinical requirements. This research contributes to the development of high-performance dialyzers to improve treatment effects for patients with kidney disease.
