农户生计资本异质性下合作社增收效应研究

Research on the Income-increasing Effect of Cooperatives under the Heterogeneity of Households’Livelihood Capital

在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接阶段,合作社依然是农村产业发展的引擎。文章聚焦农户增收问题,基于2014-2018年武陵山区建档立卡户数据,将生计资本作为衡量农户生产生活状况的综合指标,测算农户的生计资本值并分类,探究生计资本异质性下合作社对农户收入的影响。结论显示:合作社具有显著的增收效应,增加了农户的总收入和工资性收入、经营性收入、转移性收入等分项收入;生计资本显著地扩大了合作社的增收效应;合作社对中生计资本群体工资性收入的增收效应高于低生计资本农户和高生计资本农户;随着生计资本水平提高,合作社对农户经营性收入的增收效应渐强,对农户转移性收入的增收效应减弱。在推动乡村振兴战略实施,实现共同富裕目标的要求下,要促进合作社规范发展,助力当地产业扩容升级,提升农户生计资本积累,鼓励更多农户加入合作社。

In the stage of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization effectively,cooperatives still serve as the engine of rural industry.Focusing on households’income-increasing,the study explores the impact of cooperatives on households’income under the heterogeneity of livelihood capital by measuring and classifying farmers’livelihood capital,based on the data of Wuling Mountain’s documented households from 2014 to 2018.It was found that cooperatives had significant increasing effects on households’general income and sub income,such as wage income,business income and transfer income.Livelihood capital significantly expanded the income-increasing effect of cooperatives.The income increasing effect of cooperatives on wage income of middle livelihood capital households was higher than that of low and high livelihood capital households.As livelihood capital level improved,the income-raising effect of cooperatives on farmers’business income increased,while the income-raising effect on farmers’transfer income decreased.To promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and realize common prosperity,it is necessary to promote the standardized operation of cooperatives,help local industries to expand and upgrade,enhance the accumulation of households’livelihood capital,and encourage more households to join cooperatives.
