摘要
长沙某超高层结构高度149.50 m,根据塔楼使用人数,结构按重点设防类别进行抗震设计。塔楼采用框架-核心筒结构体系,论述了基础设计、楼板不连续、设备层、墙体稳定。得出有利于工程设计的应用结果。
The total height of a super high-rise building in Changsha is 149.50m. According to the number of tower users, the structure was designed for earthquake resistance according to the critical fortification category. The tower adopts a frame-corewall structure system. Foundation design, local floor discontinuity, mechanical floor, wall stability were studied.The results obtained is helpful to the application of engineering design.
