摘要
根据后续工作年限的不同,将既有建筑分为A、B、C三类建筑。为确保不同类别既有建筑在后续工作年限内,和新建建筑的抗震设防目标达到一样的概率保证,实现“小震不坏,中震可修,大震不倒”的设防目标,拟通过调整地震影响系数,改变地震作用的计算。通过地震影响系数最大值折减方法、特征周期折减方法和双折减方法的比较,给出不同类别既有建筑地震影响系数的取值方法建议。
According to the continuous seismic working life, the available buildings are divided into three types: A,B and C.In order to ensure that the seismic fortification target of different types of available buildings and new buildings reach the same probability guarantee in the continuous seismic working life, and to achieve the fortification target of "It can not be destroyed in small earthquakes, can be repairable in medium earthquakes, and can not be collapsed in large earthquakes".It is proposed to change the calculation of seismic action by adjusting the seismic influence coefficient.By comparing the maximum reduction method of seismic influence coefficient, characteristic period reduction method and double reduction method, this paper gives some suggestions on the value of seismic influence coefficient of different types of available buildings.
