高校节能改造技术研究与实践——以福建林业职业技术学院为例

摘要 实现高校节能减排与可持续发展,科学合理地计算、研究、评价高校节能改造项目,依据国家标准数据,采用清单统计法与科学计算法,对福建林业职业技术学院的节能改造项目进行分析、测算;系统地评价该工程实例的节能量、节能量标准煤换算值、二氧化碳减排量、二氧化硫减排量、粉尘减排量、节能率数值,为高校节能改造提供理论依据。 Realize the energy conservation, emission reduction and sustainable development of colleges and universities, scientifically and reasonably calculate, research and evaluate the energy conservation transformation projects of colleges and universities, and analyze and calculate the energy conservation transformation projects of Fujian Forestry Vocational and Technical College based on the national standard data, using the inventory statistics method and scientific calculation method;Systematically evaluate the energy saving, conversion value of energy saving standard coal, emission reduction of carbon dioxide, emission reduction of sulfur dioxide, emission reduction of dust, and energy saving rate of the project example, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the energy-saving transformation of colleges and universities.
