摘要
人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)是研究开发用于模拟、延伸和扩展人类智能的理论、方法、技术及应用系统的一门新的技术科学,近年来蓬勃发展的AI技术已经深入到包括肝脏疾病在内的各个医学学科领域,并在疾病诊断及风险预测方面显示了巨大的应用潜力。本文就AI在肝纤维化、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、肝癌、肝移植、药物性肝损伤方面的研究进展作一概述。
Artificial intelligence(AI)is a new technological science for researching and developing theories,methods,technologies and application systems to imitate,extend and expand human intelligence.In recent years,the booming AI technology has penetrated into various medical disciplines,including liver diseases,and has shown great potential in disease diagnosis and risk prediction.This article introduced the research progress of AI in liver fibrosis,non alcoholic fatty liver disease,liver cancer,liver transplantation and drug-induced liver injury.
