Prevention of perioperative venous thromboembolism for patients undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy

摘要 近年来消化内镜诊疗得到了快速发展,然而内镜诊疗中患者静脉血栓栓塞症的预防尚未得到足够重视。本文围绕内镜诊疗围手术期静脉血栓栓塞症的危险因素、预防策略及抗血栓药物管理等方面展开论述,呼吁内镜医师重视围手术期静脉血栓栓塞症的预防和抗血栓药物管理。
