简版自我关怀量表在中国大学生群体中的纵向等值性及信效度分析

Longitudinal Measurement Invariance, Validity, and Reliability Analysis of the Self-compassion Scale-Short Form among Chinese College Students

目的:检验简版自我关怀量表中文版(SCS-SF)在中国大学生群体中的纵向等值性和信效度。方法:以三个月为间隔,共计三次使用SCS-SF测量同一批大学生(n=717)的自我关怀情况,并同时评估了抑郁、焦虑、失眠和心理韧性。结果:单组验证性因素分析证明SCS-SF的六因子结构模型在三个时间点的拟合均达到测量学标准,多组验证性因素分析显示SCS-SF具有跨三个时间点的测量不变性。在三个时间点,SCS-SF均与抑郁、焦虑和失眠呈中高强度负相关,与心理韧性呈中高强度正相关。SCS-SF三次测量中均展现出可接受的内部一致性信度。结论:SCS-SF的六因子结构具有跨时间的测量等值性,且信效度达到测量学标准。

Objective: To test the longitudinal measurement invariance and examine the validity and reliability of the Chinese Self-compassion Scale-Short Form(SCS-SF) among Chinese college students. Methods: SCS-SF was used to measure the self-compassion of the same group of college students(n=717) three times at an interval of three months. Depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, insomnia, and resilience were assessed at the same time. Results: Single-group confirmatory factor analyses showed that the fit indexes of the six-factor model of SCS-SF were acceptable at three-time points. Multi-group confirmatory factor analyses presented SCS-SF with measurement invariance across three-time points.SCS-SF was negatively correlated with depressive symptoms, anxiety symptoms, and insomnia, and positively correlated with resilience at three-time points. Acceptable internal consistency reliability was observed in all three SCS-SF measurements. Conclusion: The six-factor correlated structure of SCS-SF cross-time showed adequate measurement invariance,and its reliability and validity demonstrated good psychometric properties.
