摘要
目的:检验中文版接纳承诺疗法综合评估问卷(CompACT)在大学生中的信效度。方法:在大学生群体中收集有效数据1077份,其中531人同时完成中文版CompACT以及生活满意度量表(SWLS)、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)、接纳与行动问卷第二版(AAQ-II)、认知融合分问卷(CFQ-F)、正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)等效标问卷,546人只填写中文版CompACT,并于三周后收集有效重测问卷200份。结果:探索性因素分析提取开放、觉察和行动3个因子,共18条目;验证性因素分析表明,3因子结构拟合良好(χ^(2)=279.96, df=120, CFI=0.923, TLI=0.904, RMSEA=0.051, SRMR=0.061),且中文版CompACT具备跨性别测量严格等值、跨年级的测量强等值性。中文版CompACT及其各维度与生活满意度显著正相关(0.16~0.52),与负性情绪(抑郁、焦虑、压力)显著负相关(r=-0.18~-0.53),与经验回避(r=-0.32~-0.59)、认知融合(r=-0.29~-0.57)显著负相关,与正念显著正相关(r=0.10~0.57)。中文版CompACT及开放、觉察和行动3个维度的Cronbach α系数分别为0.87、0.81、0.87和0.90,三周后的重测信度(ICC)分别为0.64、0.63、0.72和0.76。结论:中文版接纳承诺疗法综合评估问卷(CompACT)在大学生中具有良好的信效度。
Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of CompACT in college students.Methods: Totally 1077 colleges students were assessed with the CompACT, of which 531 individuals were asked to complete the validity questionnaire at the same time. After 3 weeks, 200 participates filled in the CompACT to assess the testretest reliability. Results: The exploratory factor analysis showed that the CompACT consisted of 3 factors, with a total of18 items;The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 3-factor structure fitted well(χ^(2)=279.96, df=120, CFI=0.923,TLI=0.904, RMSEA=0.051, SRMR=0.061). According to the testing of the measurement invariance, the configural invariance, metric invariance, scalar invariance and strict invariance of the 3-factor model CompACT across gender were acceptable. And only the configural invariance, metric invariance and scalar invariance of the 3-factor model CompACT across grade were acceptable. CompACT and its dimensions were significantly positively correlated with satisfaction with life(r=0.16~0.52), significantly negatively correlated with negative emotions(r=-0.18~-0.53), significantly negatively correlated with empirical avoidance(r=-0.32~-0.59) and cognitive fusion(r=-0.29~-0.57), and significantly positively related to mindfulness(r=0.10~0.57). The Cronbach α coefficients of the CompACT and it’s 3 factors were 0.87、0.81、0.87 and 0.90, and the test-retest reliability(ICC) was 0.64、0.63、0.72 and 0.76, respectively. Conclusion: It suggests that the Chinese version of CompACT has good reliability and validity in college students.
