摘要
目的:考察母亲正念对幼儿社会适应的影响以及教养方式在二者之间的中介作用。方法:采用正念注意觉知量表、教养方式问卷、学前儿童社会能力与行为量表对294名4-6岁幼儿及其母亲进行问卷调查。结果:(1)母亲正念、教养方式和幼儿社会适应之间两两显著相关;(2)母亲正念能够显著预测幼儿社会适应,但在加入了中介变量后,预测作用不再显著;(3)教养方式(专制和权威)在母亲正念和幼儿社会适应之间起完全中介作用。结论:母亲的正念水平越高,越倾向于权威型教养方式,越少采取专制型教养方式,进而提升幼儿的社会适应水平。
Objective: To explore the relationship between maternal mindfulness and children’s social adaptation, and the role of parenting style. Methods: 294 children aged 4-6 and their mothers were selected for questionnaire survey. Mothers completed the Mindful Attention Awareness Scale, Parenting Style Scale and children’s Social Competence and Behavior Scale. Results:(1)Maternal mindfulness, parenting style and social adaptation of children were significantly correlated;(2)Maternal mindfulness significantly predicted early childhood social adaptation, but the prediction effect was not significant after the addition of mediating variables;(3)Parenting style(autocracy and authority) played a completely mediating role between maternal mindfulness and social adaptation of children. Conclusion: Higher level of mothers’ mindfulness,the more authoritative parenting and less authoritarian parenting, and then raising the level of children’s social adaptation.
