摘要
目的:了解大学生复杂性创伤后应激症状(CPTSS)的现状,探究童年创伤经历、人际信任与反刍对CPTSS的影响机制。方法:采用童年期创伤问卷、中文版国际创伤问卷、人际信任量表和中文版认知情绪调节问卷对669名在读大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生的CPTSS整体水平较低,其中男生水平低于女生,独生子女水平低于非独生子女;童年创伤经历可以直接正向预测CPTSS,也可以分别通过人际信任和反刍正向预测CPTSS,还可以通过人际信任经反刍的多重中介作用来正向预测CPTSS。结论:人际信任和反刍可能是大学生童年创伤经历影响其CPTSS的重要中介因素。
Objective: To understand the status of complex post-traumatic stress symptoms(CPTSS) in Chinese college students, and to examine the underlying mechanism of effects of childhood trauma, interpersonal trust and rumination on CPTSS. Methods: A total of 669 college students were investigated by Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, Chinese version of International Trauma Questionnaire, Interpersonal Trust Scale and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire-Chinese. Results: The overall level of CPTSS of college students was low, among which the level of male students was lower than that of female students, and the level of only children was lower than that of non-only children. Childhood trauma directly and positively influenced CPTSS. Childhood trauma had indirect effect on CPTSS via interpersonal trust and rumination, respectively. Additionally, this trauma experience also had effect on CPTSS via interpersonal trust by rumination. Conclusion: Interpersonal trust and rumination may play mediating role in the relationship between childhood trauma and CPTSS.
