摘要
公益创业对增强学生社会责任感,培养良好的公民素质具有重要作用。本文通过对高校公益创业教育共同体的内涵梳理,研究公益创业教育与大学生社会化发展、主体性塑造以及个体性发展的内在联系,揭示公益创业教育如何促进大学生发展的影响机理。同时,本文从创新人才培养理念,建设阶梯递进式公益创业课程体系,完善立体多元公益创业教学体系等方面,探讨了公益创业教育共同体构建的有效路径。
Public welfare entrepreneurship plays an important role in enhancing students’ sense of social responsibility and cultivating good citizen quality. By combing the connotation of the community of public welfare entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper studies the internal relationship between public welfare entrepreneurship education and college students’ socialized development, subjectivity shaping and individual development, reveals the impact mechanism of public welfare entrepreneurship education on college students’ development. At the same time, this paper discusses the effective path of the construction of public welfare entrepreneurship education community from the aspects of innovating the concept of talent training, building a ladder progressive public welfare entrepreneurship curriculum system, and improving the three-dimensional and diversified public welfare entrepreneurship teaching system.
