高校应对大学生进行全面培养,在强化大学生心理素质的基础上注重提高大学生道德修养。德育教育与心理教育是相互联系、相互补充的,将两者深度融合可促进高校德育教育与心理教育的发展。所以,高校应积极从强化德育教育与心理教育深度融合的课题研究、构建既懂德育教育又懂心理教育的师资队伍、转变两者教育模式、构建两者深度融合的教育体系、优化德育教育内容与方法、优化心理教育内容与方法等路径推动德育教育与心理教育深度融合,打造德育教育与心理教育相互配合、相互协调的新局面,优化德育教育与心理教育。

Colleges and universities should conduct a comprehensive training of college students. On the basis of strengthening the psychological quality of college students, we should pay attention to improve the moral cultivation of college students. Moral education and psychological education are interrelated and mutually complementary. The deep integration of the two can promote the development of moral education and psychological education. Therefore, colleges and universities should actively promote moral education and psychological education depth fusion, to create a new situation where moral education and psychological education cooperate and coordinate with each other and optimize moral education and psychological education from such paths as strengthening the research on the deep integration of moral education and psychological education, building teacher teams that understand both moral education and psychological education, changing the education modes of both, constructing an education system that deeply integrates the two and optimizing the content and methods of moral education and psychological education, etc.
