Research on Employment Assistance for Economic Difficulties Students from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform——A Case Study on the Work of College Counselors

高校毕业生就业工作事关学生群体切身利益,事关社会稳定和谐。近年来,受新冠疫情和高校学生人数激增的影响,高校毕业生就业形势十分严峻。为做好高校毕业生就业帮扶工作,履行高校辅导员职业生涯规划与就业创业指导职责,促进高校毕业生更加充分更高质量就业。本文从供给侧改革视角出发,通过典型案例分析,探索经济困难学生就业帮扶新措施、新方法,最终形成科学有效的经济困难学生就业帮扶工作思路,从而为高校辅导员解决类似问题提供借鉴。

The employment of college graduates concerns the vital interests of students and social stability and harmony. In recent years, due to the impact of COVID-19 and the surge in the number of college students, the employment situation of college graduates is very severe. In order to do a good job in helping college graduates find jobs, college counselors perform their duties of career planning and employment and entrepreneurship guidance, and promote more full and high-quality employment for college graduates. In this paper, from the perspective of supply-side reform, through the analysis of typical cases, explore new measures and new methods to help students with economic difficulties in employment, and finally form a scientific and effective way of helping students with economic difficulties in employment, so as to provide reference for college counselors to solve similar problems.
